For the time being, Sweden has not implemented any lockdown, nor have our borders been closed for goods and services.
However, I ask of you as a customer to be informed of the situation in your particular country. This means checking whether your local authorities have implemented a lockdown so that no parcels will be delivered to you or to a service station. You can also double check with the carrier that I use Postnord to see if they have any information about your country/city.
If I receive an order to a location that I deem too risky to send to (in other words, to which I’m not sure the carriers will deliver) I will contact you and issue a full refund.

We usually ship to all countries worldwide. However, due to Convid-19 the Swedish Postal Service has limited the countries we are able to ship to.

Shipping is restricted to the address registered to the customers credit card or verified PayPal address, unless special alternate arrangements have been agreed beforehand via email.
All orders are payed in Euro (€). You may choose to pay either through PayPal or with your credit card.
Since our yarn kits are packed and shipped directly from the company Yarn and Colors, which are based in Netherlands; we charge 21% VAT on all orders that are shipped within or to the European Union.
Please consult your local customs or authorities if you would like to receive more information. We advise you to do this before ordering since we are not accountable for any additional costs. All additional costs and risks as stated above must be borne by you.
Our books are packed and shipped here in Sweden. Therefore, we charge 25% VAT on all orders which is included in the price seen on the listing.
Note! For worldwide orders it might be possible that you have to pay local duties, taxes and / or custom charges.

As a consumer you have the possibilities to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This is called the “cooling-down period”. The 14 day term start upon delivery of your order. The order is definite after this period. These regulations are made to protect your rights as a consumer. We act according the Distance Selling Regulations (wet Kopen op Afstand), following a guideline provided by the European Union.
As your book is signed; there is no possibility to cancel your order after placing it.
It is possible to return your purchase. We would kindly advise you to contact us first by emailing email@example.com. By doing so we can cancel your order and give you our “inbound” code. This makes it easier for us to process your return.
If you are returning your purchase please include all original accessories and the original receipt, unused and undamaged in its original packaging. The product is only allowed to have been opened or used to such an extent as was necessary for you to determine whether you want to keep it or not. The costs and risk of returning the article are for the consumer. We will refund your order as soon as possible but latest within 14 days.
Should you experience any problems with any of the received goods please contact us in the first instance via email at: SistersInStitch@gmail.com, describe the fault or damage and send us pictures together with your order number.
If we deem the goods to be faulty we will then send you the return information (address for shipping) and a refund or replacement will be arranged.
We have taken great care with the photography of all of the yarns featured on this website to ensure accurate colours have been captured.
However there may be variations in the actual colours depending upon the device or screen type or the lighting conditions under which it is viewed.
In addition there are sometimes slight variations in the dyeing process and we recommend that where critical colour matching is required it is best to purchase all the Yarn required at the same time, this means that it can be supplied from the same batch or dyelot.
